Observation

A short climber was observed on vinyl padding in the large tent, not on ground cover. Dispute Description: The short climber in the large tent was on top of the ECR4Kids SoftZone activity foam mat above the heavy-duty vinyl padding, not directly on the vinyl padding, as the observation mentioned. We did consider children's safety when we added toys into our child care. The foam mats are our safety solution to provide the children with a fun climber to play inside the tent. We still removed the short climber the day the inspector told me to show respect. Do we deserve a "Serious" risk level citation on our child check report? Can it be a technical assistance provided? Please let us know what ground cover we need for a short climber in the tent rather than the activity foam mats. It doesn't make sense to request me to put wood chips under it.
